| William and Polia Pillin: He was a
published poet and she a recognized artist when they turned to pottery in the 1940's.
Polia was the decorator and creator of designs both picasso-like and primitve in
character. He was the potter and creator of unique shapes and forms. They
"potted" together from the 1940's to 1980's. This bud vase features a dark haired girl in a polka dot dress with three tiny birds on the front and one large bird painted on the back. It stands 7" tall and is clearly marked on the bottom. No chips, lines or repairs. (Stock # P-241-5061) SOLD
