Newcomb College vase standing 2 3/4" tall by about 4" wide.  A different look to this vase with its Arts & Crafts design.  Artist signature is probably Lucia Arena, c.1922-28 (the dating registration numbers are not complete).  In very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
