| William and Polia Pillin: He was a
published poet and she a recognized artist when they turned to pottery in the 1940's.
Polia was the decorator and creator of designs both picasso-like and primitve in
character. He was the potter and creator of unique shapes and forms. They
"potted" together from the 1940's to 1980's. Beautiful Pillin Pottery plate featuring a woman with light hair holding a bouquet of flowers and a boy with a balloon. The background colors are mostly a turquoise with pastel patchwork design. It has a is 6 1/4" diameter and clearly marked. No chips, cracks or repairs. (Stock # P-267-9561) $895.00
