Neat lipstick and perfume stacking tube that was perfect to carry in a lady's purse.  How handy!  Goldtone with a sorority emblem that has a date of 1900.  Put together it stands 4" tall.   The perfume stopper is glass which is attached to the screw cap.  The remnants of the lipstick is a very dark red.  In very good condition with just the slightest wear from age.
