| We haven't offered such a pretty Limoges
condensed milk container in a long time! The really nice ones are really hard to
find. We love the colors in this piece. It features bands of purple, raspberry
and golden colored blackberries with the background colors ranging from blue, teal, yellow
and light green. The plain background color of the body of the jar and lid is
a minty green. The center of the saucer is white. It stands 5 1/2"
tall and bears the Tressemann and Vogt mark 7 (c. 1892-1907) on the jar and the
Limoges France mark 4 (c. after 1891) on the saucer. It is in good condition with no
chips, or repairs. We did just notice a faint "spider" in the body of the
jar as we were getting ready to list it. You barely would know it was there, but I
had put it under a bright light at just the right angle and was surprised to see it.
It looks like it may only be in the glaze as it doesn't look like it goes through
to the interior side. We have it pictured below. Originally we had a price of
$425.00 but have reduced it. (Stock # Y-650-8361) $275.00
