| Striking Willets Belleek cider pitcher or
lemonade pitcher painted at the Pickard Decorating Studios in Chicago. This lovely
piece features groups of oranges and grapes. The background clor is mainly a cream
but it also has a peach color in back of the grapes and on the bottom floral band.
The leaves are painted a light blush color. There is a lot of gilt painting
on this piece as you would expect with something painted at Pickard and we love the handle
on this Willets mold. It has a multitude of tiny flowers on each side of the handle.
The pitcher stands 6 1/4" tall and nearly 8 1/4" at its widest
point. It bears the green Willets Belleek mark in red (c. middle 1880's -1909) and
the brown Pickard mark (c. 1905-1910). In very good condition with no chips,
hairlines or repairs. (Stock # Y 746-9411) SOLD
