Beautiful Limoges footed rose bowl or footed jardiniere featuring pretty pink roses peeking out amongst the green foliage.   This mold is usually unmarked, but is artist signed and decorated by Ida Upton Paine of Salem, MA (1860-1936).  She was a talented artist and we have had several of her pieces over the years.  She started painting souveniers for the family gift shop at the House of Seven Gables that her father purchased saving it from destruction and turning it into a tourist attraction.  She later opened a studio of her own in Salem.   It stands 4" tall and is in excellent condition with no chips, hairlines or repairs.     (Stock # Y-786-051)     SOLD
